Take full control of your trading with sub-accounts within your SGFX dashboard. Designed for both individual and institutional traders, they offer a clean, organized way to run multiple strategies side by side.
More Control. Smarter Trading.
Why Create Additional Accounts in the Client Area or CRM
All SGFX live account holders are provided with a primary trading account by default. This account fully aligns with our KYC, compliance, and regulatory requirements and includes built-in hedging functionality.
You can also create up to 20 sub-accounts across our three supported USD account types, giving you more flexibility and control over organizing and executing your trades.
Potentially Diversifies Your Risk:
Sub-accounts allow you to assign different strategies to different accounts, reducing overlap and helping to isolate performance.
If hedging is enabled, you can hold long and short positions on the same instrument, across different accounts, giving you more tactical flexibility.
You can also spread your capital across multiple currencies. This helps mitigate currency rate risk and gives you more control over your global exposure.
If hedging is disabled, placing trades in opposite directions on the same instrument within a single account will result in automatic closure. Using separate accounts avoids this limitation entirely.
Segregates Your Trades:
If one sub-account hits a margin closeout, your other accounts remain unaffected. This isolation helps protect your broader portfolio from being impacted by a single strategy or position.
